Indian Consulate in Chicago to reach out to mentally unsound woman from Hyderabad wandering in the US city

The Consulate of India in Chicago in the US responded to a plea to help a woman from Hyderabad who went for higher studies to the US but was found in a homeless situation. She also did not appear to be mentally sound.
